So this afternoon was JR's first birthday... apparently 2008 was the year of the babies. He had three other little ones to share in the celebration. Here they are with their party hats on... too cute!
Obviously JR is the little boy, who in this picture is crying. I love how the other kids are looking at him like, "What's the matter with him?"
JR and his three girl friends! This is the house that Chuck and Rob spent MONTHS working on, and now John and Marcia are having to move back to Nebraska.
The baby to the left is the granddaughter of the couple who lives across the street, Addie. Coincidentally, they are the previous owners of John & Marcia's house. Jan, the previous owner, will also be the one listing the house when they move. The baby to the left of Tessa is the granddaughter of the couple who lives across the canal from John and Marcia, Mia. I think Tessa had had enough in this picture.
It's like there's an imaginary person in the middle that they are all looking at! Addie is a month and a half older than Tessa and Mia is older than JR, but I'm not sure by how much. Mia was clapping at one point, it was so cute!
JR did not like wearing his hat. Tessa's kept falling off her head - probably because she doesn't have any hair to keep it on!

How cute! Babies, babies all in a row. Don't worry, her hair will grow and when it does woe to all who have to brush it. I'm sure it will be just as thick as Mommy and Daddy's. Can't wait to buy hair accessories for her!
