Update 1/14/10

If anyone's actually following, I apologize for not posting anything, but there really isn't much to post. With Tessa I would post the weekly updates from babycenter.com, but I think my mom was the only one that looked at them anyway... My last appointment was last Wednesday which lasted about 5 minutes. All she did was listen to the heartbeat, asked if I had questions and I was out the door! Not that I'm complaining about a quick doctor visit, there's just not much for them to do at this stage. My next appointment is Feb 3. I assume at this appt I'll get the paperwork to schedule my ultrasound. I'm 15 weeks 1 day today and will be 18 weeks at the next appt. I'll try and wait to schedule the ultrasound for at least my 20th week, because I want to be sure that, assuming the baby will reveal "itself" to us that everything's been formed and there are no doubts as to whether it's a he or she (although we're still assuming it's a she, a Baby Ava, to be exact). This pregnancy's gone about like Tessa's, which is good, since I had very little complications with her, other than an occasional back ache. I'm hoping this means my labor will go well also. Haven't gained more than a pound or two which is good for me and the baby... that's all we really have to report! I probably won't update again until the ultrasound, so no need to stalk the blog for updates... :) Take care, all!
