Just wanted to let you all know we made it safely home. Things also went well this weekend. Although circumstances were not the best, it was very good to spend time with family. Thank you all for your prayers.
I also wanted to post the link for the special the news did on him just a week before his passing. He was an elementary school teacher at the local school and was very passionate about getting a playground that was accessible to kids in wheelchairs. It is an awesome story. I knew he was a great man, but seeing this was just amazing. He had such a heart for his kids, and the playground will be a great legacy to him. Donation boxes were set up at the viewing, and from what I saw, it looks like that playground will be built in no time.

Marc was a great teacher loved by all. I am sure that playground will be finished and maybe even have some of his special touches.
The news video was awesome. What a tribute. Uncle Mark still thought of others at the most trying time in his life. His legacy will live on each time a kid goes to the playground.
Glad you are home safe.
Hey...just wanted to let you all know that today wa better than Monday. If a friend hadn't come over to stay with me all day yesterday I think I would have stayed in the bed with my head buried.
Marc is back home with me in his double urn (one side for me) and that brings me comfort because that's what I promised. Thanks for the prayers. Marc was a wonderful man and husband.
